How Pre-Order Works:

• We will produce the pens based on all the orders received by the end of the pre-order period. 
• For customers in Europe, the pens will be shipped directly from the Leonardo workshop in Naples, Italy.
• For customers in the U.S. and in other countries outside Europe, the pens will be shipped from The Snowy Studio in Colorado, USA. 
• The first batch of pens will be shipped around December 10th, 2025.
• I will ship your order as soon as the pens arrive. That said, I am at the mercy of DHL. 🙏🤞
• Order cancellation before delivery is subject to 5% fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
